About Us
Future Leaders Childcare & Learning Center, a program of Future Leaders Community Development Corporation, is dedicated to providing exceptional childcare and early education solutions in the Mercy Drive community of Orlando, Florida.
Our mission is to nurture the potential of every child through compassionate care and innovative educational programs. We offer a range of services designed to support children from six weeks to twelve years old.
Our comprehensive curriculum fosters physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth with age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and critical thinking. Our team of certified educators and caregivers is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
FLCLC’s mission is to foster an environment for the children and youth of the Mercy Drive corridor to promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and develop a sense of hope in the future. Through repeated failures in the classroom and the development of destructive habits, at-risk young people have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives together.
FLCDC recognizes that the growth, development and social success of our children is influenced by society, economics, environment, community and family. To fulfill our mission, the development of a nurturing environment for the children of the community requires support for families. FLCDC will continue to develop programs addressing family needs and will collaborate with local agencies that have developed and are providing such programs.

We accommodate special diets and delayed eaters and also offer baby-led weaning for infants and toddlers. Our menu includes organic and vegetarian options in all food areas, as well as milk alternatives and meal supplements, and shakes. We serve two nutritional-based meals and two snacks daily, but we understand that every child is unique, and we cater to individual needs.
We offer a food program to all families, and for special diets and milk alternatives, a physician’s order is required. Our on-site cook prepares meals family-style, and children have the opportunity to help with simple meal setup and cleanup, promoting independence and life skills.
